It's MONDAY, Go NUTS!!!


Did you know that natural unsalted nuts are actually HEALTHY for you? A recent study from Harvard School of Public Health found that people who consumed seven or more handful servings a week saw a 25 percent reduction in cardiovascular disease deaths and an 11 percent reduction in death from cancers.

Just be aware not to eat too much as they are full of calories but a handful of the following nuts everyday will have the following health benefits:

Hazelnuts: cleans up your diet
Walnuts: great for your heart and improve cholesterol level
Almonds: curb your hunger and assist weight loss
Pistachios: abundant in antioxidants and are great for your brain
Cashews: keep your bones healthy
Pecans: boosts your immunity
